Every 1 min for 21 mins, alternating between:
30 Double Unders
10 Kettlebell Swings, 70/35 lbs
this is actually done as odd minutes: 30 Doubles and 10 swings even minutes: 12 burpees if you time out continue to work through your reps and the workout becomes an AMRAP.
