15 Burpee (Bar Facing)s

20 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs

25 Burpee (Bar Facing)s

30 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs

35 Burpee (Bar Facing)s

done as a team of 2 done in 2 rounds round one athlete 1 does all the thrusters and 2 does all the burpees. round 2 athlete 2 does all the thrusters and 1 does the burpees. rest 2 minutes between rounds.
