  • Plank Hold, 30 secs
  • Plank Walk, 30 secs
  • Right Side Plank, 30 secs
  • Left Side Plank, 30 secs
  • Plank Hold Knee 2 Elbow, 30 secs
  • Decline Forearm-to-hands Plank, 30 secs
