With a continuously running clock perform:
1 Clean & Jerk, 135/95 lbs in the first min.
2 Clean & Jerks, 135/95 lbs in the second min.
3 Clean & Jerks, 135/95 lbs in the third min.
Continuing this rep scheme for as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
