Rest as needed between sets.
With a continuously running clock perform:
1 Box Jump, 24/20 in and 1 Kettlebell Swing, 53/35 lbs in the first 1 min
2 Box Jumps, 24/20 in and 2 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs in the second 1 min
3 Box Jumps, 24/20 in and 3 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs in the third 1 min ...
Continuing this for as long as you are able.
We will do this as a 15 min AMRAP, each round you add one rep
