3-3 minute AMREPS with 3 minute rest in between each set:

Min 0-3:

50/40 Push ups 

20 Ab-Mat Sit-Ups

Max Cal on Rower

Minute 3-6=REST

Minute 6-9:

40/30 Push Ups

30 Ab-Mat Sit-Ups

Max Cal on Rower

Minute 9-12=REST

Minute 12-15:

30/20 Push Ups

40 Ab-Mat Sit-Ups

Max Cal on Rower

Minute 15-18=REST
