Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 mins of:

  • Run, 200 m
  • Run, 400 m
  • Run, 600 m
  • In teams of 2athlete 1 will run 200 while the athlete 2 does burpeeswhen 1 returns, 2 runs 400m while 1 does burpees when 2 returns 1 runs 600m while 2 does burpees when 1 returns you have completed one round.  Score is rounds and burpees completed.
