1 Clean & Jerk, 75% 1RM Every 1 min for 10 mins.

There is no right or wrong way to approach this. If the weight feels good, an option can be to climb and potentially even set a PR. Holding across and dialing in technique is another option, or any mix of the two.

For time: 50 Strict Pull-ups

This is a gymnastic benchmark, and part of a larger progression towards building gymnastics pulling stamina (transferrable to MU's, CTB's, TTB's). If you have less than 10 Unbroken Pull-Ups as you are fresh, use a band that would allow you to accomplish 10-15 unbroken.
