1. find your 1RM Clean and Jerk

2. AMRAP in 12 minutes of the complex:

- Clean 60% of C&J

- Shoulder to Overhead 60% of C&J

- Overhead Squat 60% of C&J

add one rep to each movement after each completed round, 

1 Clean - 1 S2O - 1 OHS

2 Cleans - 2 S2O - 2 OHS

3 Cleans - 3 S2O - 3 OHS

4 Cleans - 4 S2O - 4 OHS

continue this pattern until time expires
