Power Clean x 1 rep

Work up in weight each set.

Immediately followed by...
3 sets of:
4-stop Halting Deadlift + Clean Pull
Rest as needed


5 rounds for time of:
12 Deadlifts (155/105)
9 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)
6 Push Jerks (155/105)
