I am not saying your content is not solid., however what if you added a post title to maybe grab a person's attention? I mean 7/13/18 | CrossFit Guild is kinda vanilla.
You could look at Yahoo's home page and note how they create news headlines to grab people to open the links.
You might add a video or a picture or two to grab
readers interested about everything've written. In my
opinion, it could bring your posts a little livelier.
