FYI:  Saturday, Sept. 6th @ 10am will be our PreGame Potluck for the Whole Life Challenge.  We will take before photos, measurements and discuss the game "rules" prior to completing a baseline WOD.  Everyone is welcome to complete the WOD and you'll be able to get signed up for the WLC on Saturday if you'd like!  This is a potluck so bring something, anything, to share!
