When did you begin CrossFit?
I started CrossFit on my own in April 2014 because me and a buddy at work wanted to lose weight and do more cardio as we did primarily powerlifting and then I decided to do OnRamp in Sept 2014 and I've never looked back and never had so much fun and been challenged so much.
What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?
Favorite things about CrossFit is to push myself physically and mentally to the breaking point and ask for more and be upset that the workout is over and I have to wait 24 hours to do it all again! To be as fit as I am at 40 is something I never thought could happen Also having Travis/Jake/Emily and Wil coach us to our utmost potential is indescribable and all the great friends I've made in the last 13 months
What is your favorite movement?
Favorite movements are deadlifts/thrusters/front squats/power cleans/ OHS and any body weight movements especially pull-ups.
What is your favorite WOD?
Favorite WOD's are CF Open 14.3/Fran/Cindy/Chelsea/Grace and anything heavy and spicy with cardio!
What is your least favorite movement?
Least favorite movement is the snatch: how can something look so simple and be so hard and frustrating?
What is your least favorite WOD?
Any WOD I can't RX!
What is your favorite movie?
Escape from New York and anything with Tom Hardy
What is your favorite type of music?
Amon Amarth/ In Flames/ Rush and any and all Viking Metal and Swedish Heavy Metal bands

What advice do you have for newcomers to CrossFit Guild?
You get out of CrossFit what you put into it. Never, ever give up or stop physically or mentally and work on what you're weak at. There's no better gym anywhere on the planet then CrossFit Guild and no better people then those who go there!
