A former wrestler and runner, Colin has enjoyed suffering most of his life! :) Introduced to CrossFit in early 2012, he has not looked back. Originally using CrossFit as a way to improve his half marathon time, his focus has now changes to the sport of fitness and helping others see the benefits of such.
