STEP 2- Sign up for our OnRamp Course. This small group class teaches the foundational movements to prepare you for regular member classes. We meet
Sundays at 4:30pm and Tuesdays/Thursdays for 2 weeks at 7pm.
OnRamp begins the first Sunday of each month. If you cannot make a group classes, you may sign up for 5 one-on-one personal training sessions, which must be coordinated with one of our CrossFit Guild coaches.
